A little about me… and why I do this work
This work is not just a job to me - its deeply personal.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many mamas and families through some of the most tender seasons of their lives.
Sometimes they’re holding a newborn and feeling overwhelmed.
Sometimes they’re exhausted with an unsettled baby.
And sometimes, they simply need reassurance that they’re doing a good job.
With personal experience supporting babies with reflux and settling challenges, I understand the long nights, the worry, and the constant questions that can come with early parenthood.
As a Baby & Family Specialist and Birth & Postpartum Doula, I offer gentle guidance, reassurance, and practical support to help families feel calmer, more confident, and supported.
